Minnesota Department of Transportation seeks a Workers’ Compensation Administrator to manage the agency’s workers’ compensation program regionally for the Metro District and to support statewide program activities. The role requires expert claim management and knowledge of state regulations.

This position is located at Central Office in St. Paul and may have the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office as determined by policy and discussion with their supervisor.
This position will administer the agency workers’ compensation program regionally for the Metro District by providing claim management expertise and to support the program on a statewide basis. To ensure employees receive the appropriate benefits and maintain agency compliance with Minnesota state statutes and rules.
