Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a dedicated State Pre-K Assistant Teacher to support 4-year-olds with developmentally appropriate activities and care aligned to program requirements.

You will observe and assess children, plan learning experiences, and communicate with families, while implementing curriculum that fosters curiosity and growth. The role emphasizes indoor/outdoor activity with no nights or weekends and includes strong benefit offerings.

Qualifications

• Associates in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related OR an active CDA in Preschool.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Instruct 4-year-olds based on needs of each child and the program requirements.

The State Pre-K Assistant Teacher is responsible for instructing 4-year old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. We want change makers who never stop being curious, inventive, and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

As an Assistant Teacher, you are:

• Caring! Follow all licensing guidelines, company standards and grant program requirements to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
