Job summary

AT&T is offering a State Policy & Community Affairs internship in Dallas for rising seniors or recent graduates. This 10–12 week, full-time onsite program provides hands-on experience across Legislative Affairs, Public Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs, with exposure to AT&T leadership and participation in professional workshops.

Qualifications

• Rising senior or recent graduate in a relevant undergraduate program; GPA valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills with interest in AI and digital tools.
• Ability to draft presentations and correspondence for internal and external audiences.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AT&T departments including Legislative Affairs, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and more.
• Learn how community outreach supports external affairs priorities.
• Participate in professional development workshops.
