State of Oklahoma is seeking an experienced SOTA Administrative Programs Manager to lead Oklahoma’s opioid treatment system. The role combines regulatory oversight with clinical expertise to improve access, engagement, and quality of OTP services across the state.

The successful candidate will provide statewide guidance, collaborate with providers and state/federal partners, and navigate complex regulatory issues to ensure compliant, evidence-based care.

Qualifikationen

• Direct professional experience with Opioid Treatment Programs and methadone treatment operations.
• Knowledge of medications for opioid use disorder and evidence-based treatment.
• Familiarity with OTP regulatory requirements (e.g., 42 CFR Part 8) and state licensing.
• Ability to translate regulation into practical guidance for providers.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-agency collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Oklahoma’s State Opioid Treatment Authority (SOTA) and statewide expert for OTPs and methadone treatment.
• Provide leadership, oversight, and technical assistance to OTP providers and regulatory partners.
• Balance regulatory duties with a person-centered approach to program oversight and improvements.
• Support legislative inquiries and emerging priorities while ensuring grant-funded continuity.
