You will collaborate with IT teams to gather data for reporting and audits, and assist in evaluating sales/use tax software for compliance and implementation.

Ideal candidate has completed 90 credit hours, is pursuing a BA/BS in accounting, and excels in Excel with good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate state and local tax services with existing clients.
• Complete tax planning and research tasks.
• Develop understanding of state and local tax regulations and accounting pronouncements.
• Review clients’ tax processes to identify inefficiencies and provide enhancements to improve procedures and reduce tax exposure.
• Work with clients’ IT personnel to obtain data for reporting, audits, and potential refunds or credits.
• Assist clients in evaluating sales/use tax software systems for compliance needs and implementation.
