Qualifications

• Detail-oriented candidate with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's in accounting; Master’s in accounting or tax preferred.
• Academic performance: minimum GPA 3.0.
• Must be pursuing a CPA, JD, or an LLM.

Responsibilities

• Provide state and local tax consulting services (income, franchise, sales and use tax).
• Prepare state and local income and franchise tax returns.
• Write internal/external tax alerts on developments and planning techniques.
• Research complex tax issues and draft technical memoranda.
• Engage with staff and clients to deliver high-quality service.
• Deepen knowledge in SALT and federal tax.
