Job summary

SingerLewak is seeking a Manager to oversee audit and accounting engagements for clients in the western region. You will coordinate engagement workflows, budgets, and staffing while training staff and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires public accounting experience in the public sector, CPA licensure, and willingness to travel as needed. Hybrid work arrangement across office and client sites is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of public accounting experience, specifically in the public sector.
• Holds a current and valid CPA license.
• Knowledge of GAAP, GASB, GAAS and Uniform Guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple audit and accounting engagements concurrently from planning to delivery.
• Schedule, staff, and coordinate engagement workflow and budgets.
• Train and supervise staff and seniors; review work for quality and compliance.
• Lead client relationships and communicate developments to Partners.
• Travel to client sites as required, including out-of-town engagements.
