Qualifications

• Trusted, values-driven campaign and program manager with a proven track record of organizing and moving complex programs forward from inception to completion.
• Ability to inform, engage and coordinate diverse organizations and external stakeholders, and internally across staff to advance priorities.
• Experience with complex organizing campaigns at state or federal levels, especially with BIPOC organizations and leaders on climate, racial and economic justice issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Just Solutions’ Emerging States Program across multiple states.
• Develop strategy and manage initiatives, building collaboration and capacity with EJ-CJ organizations and coalitions.
• Travel to multiple states and strategize how to build a multi-state program while residing in the Midwest.
