Job summary

Maisha Meds is seeking a State Program Coordinator - HIV to lead operational delivery of HIV Prevention and Treatment programs in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. This role requires program management skills, stakeholder engagement, and health systems experience. The coordinator will work closely with state-level stakeholders to ensure alignment with HIV priorities and guidelines.

The position is based in Rivers state with some travel. The contract is fixed-term for 1 year with a start date of 17 August, 2026. Competitive compensation will be provided based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HIV/AIDS, public health, or health systems strengthening.
• Experience with donor-funded programs and government HIV programs.
• Familiarity with PrEP/PEP service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of program Assistants and staff.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with state government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with national guidelines and donor requirements.
