We are seeking an experienced and energetic State Business Manager to join a dynamic, high-performing, and diverse team of sales professionals and technical account managers.

This commission-based sales position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana. The role focuses on driving Intel's business and increasing our relevance across Large Enterprise and State Government accounts in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will engage with customer executive leadership (CXO level), technical decision-makers, industry influencers, and policymakers. They should be able to articulate customer business and IT challenges using industry knowledge and market insights, positioning Intel as a Trusted Advisor and technology thought leader in areas such as Enterprise IT, Government projects, Data Centers, AI, and end-user computing.

The State Business Manager will develop and execute strategic engagements with various state government departments and collaborate with other Intel Business Units to achieve regional business success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the adoption and sale of Intel products and solutions to major customers within the state.
  • Establishing executive presence and thought leadership within targeted accounts, building relationships with senior executives and ecosystem partners.
  • Identifying innovative business and technology opportunities by helping customers deploy Intel-based solutions to solve their problems.
  • Representing Intel's strategies and solutions to address industry challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams locally and globally.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in industry sales, partner and end-customer sales, with a proven track record of delivering results in IT, consulting, or SI/ISV sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage executive relationships.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience representing Intel publicly.
  • Proven consultative selling skills, understanding customer challenges, and delivering innovative technology solutions.
  • Experience in developing new business models, managing large government projects, and working within the ICT ecosystem.
  • Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and account management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, with flexibility and a proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field; Master's degree is a plus.

Work Model:
