Responsibilities

• Vouch deposits and disbursements of state and federal programs.
• Work inter-dependently as part of the office team.
• Perform weekly and monthly fund reconciliations.
• Prepare and update office procedures and training manuals.
• Conduct compliance reviews of nonpublic post-secondary institutions.
• Apply knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access).
