Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking a registered nurse to provide clinical support in critical situations across the hospital, serving as a key contact for the STAT Team and responding to on‑campus emergencies.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Georgia licensure, ACLS and BCLS, and at least 2 years of critical care experience, with strong assessment and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Georgia licensure required to practice nursing in the state.
• ACLS certification required upon hire.
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical support in critical situations hospital-wide and serving as primary contact for the STAT Team (Stabilization, Teaching, Assessment, Transport).
• Responds to all on-campus medical emergencies and coordinates rapid response actions.
