Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking an experienced RN to provide clinical support in critical situations and to serve as the primary contact for the STAT Team, coordinating stabilization, teaching, assessment and transport on campus.

Required: graduate from an accredited nursing program, Georgia licensure or multistate licensure, ACLS and BCLS, and at least 2 years of critical care experience; candidate must work well in a fast-paced environment with strong assessment and prioritization skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and have excellent assessment and prioritization skills
• Georgia state licensure and/or multistate licensure upon hire required (NLC/eNCL)
• ACLS upon hire required
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) upon hire required

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical support in critical situations throughout the hospital.
• Acts as primary contact for STAT Team (Stabilization, Teaching, Assessment, Transport).
• Responds to all on-campus medical emergencies.
