Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare's Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA is seeking a Stat RN for full-time night shifts. The role requires experience in critical care, rapid response, and the ability to act as a primary STAT Team contact and clinical resource.

You will respond to on-campus medical emergencies, collaborate with Heartlink and admissions staff, and maintain current competencies while delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited nursing program.
• 2 years of critical care experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and strong assessment/prioritization skills.
• RN Georgia licensure and ACLS/BCLS certifications upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact for STAT Team (Stabilization, Teaching, Assessment, Transport).
• Responds to all on-campus medical emergencies.
• Acts as clinical resource to critical care staff.
• Collaborates with Critical Care Patient Coordinator/Direct Admit/Heartlink staff.
• Performs patient surveillance/screening functions.
• Maintains professional development; maintains competency file.
