Job summary

Mintlify is hiring its second Talent team member to build the recruiting foundation for our next growth phase. You’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process, collaborating directly with the founders and hiring managers to refine job descriptions, interview processes, and rubrics.

You’ll source passive candidates, nurture relationships, and close critical hires while upholding Mintlify’s culture and pace. You’ll report to the Talent Team and help scale a small, high-ownership function that aligns

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in Seed–Series D startups with high talent bars.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and achieve high response rates.
• Concise, warm, creative communication with strong A/B testing for conversions.
• Ownership of end-to-end recruiting from strategy to execution.
• Ability to move quickly across multiple searches while aligning with stakeholders.
• Interest in broad breadth of recruiting and selling opportunities to candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for multiple roles across the company.
• Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview processes.
• Educate teams on interviewing best practices and develop hiring rubrics.
• Own passive pipeline sourcing and determine when to involve others.
• Build trust with candidates and close critical hires, aligning expectations.
• Leverage recruiting metrics to optimize time-to-hire while preserving candidate experience.
• Represent Mintlify culture in every interaction with candidates and partners.
