Adilstone Group seeks a proven operations leader to launch and run a new structural steel fabrication shop in Seagoville, Texas, southeast of Dallas. You will hire the founding crew, set up the floor, and own the P&L while delivering first production by February 2027.

This on-site role covers fit-up, welding, grinding, and quality control for large frames, with growth as the company expands across the DFW area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in structural steel fabrication with leadership experience.
• Led crew of 10+ welders/fitters to delivery schedules.
• P&L responsibility with labor efficiency track record.
• Experience startup of a new shop or site preferred.
• AWS CWI or third-party inspection experience preferred.
• Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols fluently.

Responsabilités

• Lead startup with equipment install and safety readiness.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard founding crew.
• Set up floor, workflow, and daily production rhythm.
• Enforce safety requirements and lead safety walks.
• Hold fit-up and weld to standards; document issues.
• Own site P&L and annual operating plan.
• Lead weekly production meetings and monthly reviews.
