Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a capable steel fabrication supervisor for a brand new facility in Flower Mound, TX. You will lead and develop the fabrication team, shape the department by creating SOPs and KPIs, and drive recruitment as the site scales.

You will report to the Plant GM and own safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while embedding Lean practices across an expanding operation. This is an opportunity to build your own team and advance with a growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in steel fabrication environments.
• Supervisory or shop lead experience desired.
• Able to read fabrication drawings and blueprints.
