We need a trailblazer to replicate this success across various cities, ensuring consistency without losing its innovative essence.

This opportunity is for those who share our belief: that students benefit more from mastery than lectures, that video games and eSports can be powerful educational tools when used with intent, and that virtual learning can surpass traditional education when designed thoughtfully. You'll spend time in Austin (about one week a month), absorbing what works and crafting a playbook for national expansion. Your role involves designing high-impact experiences, validating their effectiveness, and passionately promoting the results. This is not an operations role; it's for a founder committed to redefining education.

What You Will Be Doing

• Developing a scalable school model inspired by our flagship campus, adaptable to diverse markets yet maintaining consistent outcomes.
• Creating immersive, unconventional learning experiences tailored to niche student groups like gamers and digital enthusiasts.
• Testing new programs in practical settings and developing strategies for swift national rollout.
• Transforming market interest into student enrollment through compelling storytelling and public advocacy.
• Utilizing AI to derive insights, generate content, and build systems that enable scaling without compromising quality.

Startup Lead Key Responsibilities

Design and expand a unique school model that integrates immersive experiences with 2 Hour Learning, achieving measurable success across varied student demographics nationwide.

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated success in building and expanding new ventures, preferably as a founder or growth leader in a startup environment.
• Strong belief in and knowledge of innovative education methods (e.g., eSports, gamified learning, virtual-first approaches).
• Exceptional communication skills with media presence, public speaking prowess, and experience in content creation.
• Proficient in using GenAI tools for insights, design, and efficiency.
• Residing in the US with the ability to travel to Austin regularly (approximately one week per month).
• Authorized to work in the US without needing visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
