Job summary

The Campbell Center for Entrepreneurship at Columbia Startup Lab (CSL) launches and sustains programming for Uptown and SoHo ventures, providing mentorship, resources, and a collaborative space for student entrepreneurs and recent graduates. You will coordinate events, communications, budgets, and partnerships to strengthen the CSL community.

As PM-CSL, you’ll engage with leadership, schedule sessions, manage vendors, and ensure outcomes align with university policy while sustaining a welcoming

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
  • Minimum two to four years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for inquiries and problem solve with stakeholders.
  • Own CSL programming calendar, design and prioritize events, resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Plan and coordinate CSL Uptown and SoHo events, manage vendors and on-site logistics.
  • Allocate programming budget funds, track commitments and report to leadership.
  • Create audience tailored materials, deliver post-event follow-ups and maintain templates.
  • Serve as liaison between Campbell Center and partner schools at Columbia.
  • Foster a welcoming, founder-first community and coordinate annual application process.
  • Maintain data collection and metrics to aid fundraising efforts.
