Qualifications

• Experience in finance, investment readiness, and portfolio company support.
• Located in Pennsylvania (University Park, Harrisburg, Erie, Johnstown, or Lancaster offices).

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead advisor and partner to early-stage portfolio companies.
• Provide expertise in finance, investment readiness, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Mentor portfolio companies and guide them in business model development.
