Job summary

The Launch Partnership, LLC is seeking an Events Coordinator apprentice to support and eventually own event production for LAUNCH programs, both in-person and online. You’ll manage budgeting, planning, on-site execution, and post-event deliverables, learning directly from the team that built LAUNCH.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, incredibly detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Travel may be required as part of responsibilities in a fast-paced venture environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstration of exceptional organizational skills and systems.
• Previous experience running startup and technology events is a plus.
• Comfortable being thrown into high-stakes situations and learning on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Support and eventually own event production for all LAUNCH programs, from budgeting and planning to on-site management and logistics to wrap-up and deliverables.
• Help develop and apply LAUNCH's event playbook, working directly with the people who built it.
• Bring Type A attention to detail, hard work, and enthusiasm to every event.
