Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Starter/Ranger to provide exceptional guest service on our golf course. You will interact professionally with guests, assist with directions, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, organization, and physical stamina, able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods while delivering a high level of hospitality to members and guests at the resort.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Starter/Ranger is responsible for professional guest interaction and will thrive in guest service, helpfulness, and kindness on the golf course.
• Operate cart in a safe manner.
• Monitor play on golf course.
• Enforce course rules.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Give clear and concise directions to locations in the resort and answer guest questions with excellent service.
