Esplanade Golf & Country Club at Lakewood Ranch is seeking a Starter/Ranger to warmly welcome Members and guests, manage tee times, and support daily course operations. This role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and smooth play on the driving range and course.

Qualified candidates will thrive in a service-focused environment, maintain reliable attendance, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. This is a hands-on position requiring teamwork and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets Members and guests as they arrive to the driving range for their tee time.
• Manages tee times to keep Members and guests on schedule.
• Club cleaners changed as needed with fresh water.
• All trash, including back room work area, tee line and golf shop, taken to dumpster as needed.
• Communicates with the Golf Shop and Bag Drop regularly.
• Assists golfers when needed.
• Reports all problem situations to the Head Professional promptly.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
