Finni Health in Tucson, AZ is seeking a BCBA-certified practice owner to establish and lead a behavioral therapy practice. The role involves setting up guidelines, supervising field staff, and delivering ABA services to local families and remote clients across the state.

The owner will oversee treatment design, supervision, and program evaluation while collaborating with families to implement evidence-based ABA interventions and expand the practice nationwide.

Qualifications

• Masters in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• State licensure to practice ABA in the hiring state.
• Minimum 3 years ABA experience with supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong leadership and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up guidelines, handbooks and processes for your own practice.
• Coordinate billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and deadlines.
• Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
• Conduct functional assessments and complete progress reports.
• Design and deliver behavior intervention plans and staff/parent training.
• Ensure all treatment methods are evidence-based and current.
• Train and supervise clinical staff on ABA interventions.

We're seeking a provider in Tucson to help them build their behavioral therapy practice. The practice can focus on serving families in the local community or expand to remote clients in other states. As a practice owner, you will work with us to set up your own practice from the ground up and help us set the foundation for empowering all BCBAs nationwide!

What the role entails!

• Collaborate with our team on setting up guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your own practice.
• Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines.
• Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the treatment approach and modify the program as needed.
• Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports accordingly.
• Design and deliver behavior intervention plan implementation, training, and other related in-service programs, including client-specific intervention training to staff and parents.
• Ensure all treatment methodologies are evidence-based and reflect the most recent research findings.
• Trains and supervises clinical staff by monitoring and providing feedback to staff for the direct implementation of ABA interventions
• Collaborate with families in the development of behavior support strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
• Valid BCBA Certification.
• Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired.
• Minimum three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
