Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and fixtures.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, and lock repairs or replacements.
• Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units.
• Address work orders for current residents efficiently and professionally.
• Assist in renovation projects to improve property quality.
• Help maintain curb appeal through grounds maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Own your own tools (required).
• 1-2 years of handyman or apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience with appliance repair (refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, etc.).
• Proficiency in handyman tasks, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to complete work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to excellent service.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
