Qualifications

Strong classroom management and ability to create a structured, supportive learning environment.
Experience collaborating with administrators, families, and related service providers.

Responsibilities

Provide special education instruction and support in accordance with IEPs.
Serve as case manager for special education students in the START program.
Co-plan and co-teach with START Kindergarten Teacher to deliver IEP services and supports.
Maintain a highly structured, therapeutic classroom environment for students with behavioral, emotional, and readiness needs.
Promote emotional regulation, communication, social skills, and academic growth.
