Job Summary: Provide personal assistance and health-related services to patients/clients in their homes; ensure a safe and clean environment; work cooperatively with patients, clients, and their families; report observations and issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or enrollment in vocational education if 18 or older.
• Licensure: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Experience: Proof of competency through education or experience if 18 or older; demonstrate competency if under 18.
• Skills: Ability to follow instructions, interest in elderly and disabled welfare, and pass competency and skills tests (including G-tube feeding if applicable).
• Background Checks: Pass criminal history and misconduct registry checks.

Candidates must be comfortable working with clients who have pets and willing to travel to Dallas, TX for an onsite interview.
