A staffing solutions company is seeking an Apartment Leasing Professional in Saint Augustine, FL. You will be responsible for managing the leasing process, greeting potential residents, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have prior leasing experience and proficiency in property management software. This full-time role offers temporary to permanent opportunities with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6-12 months of previous Apartment Leasing experience.
• Extensive lease up experience for new construction apartment communities.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments and preparing lease paperwork.
• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries.

Skills

Proficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi and/or One Site)

Apartment Leasing Professional

Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated Apartment Leasing Professionals.

Job Description

The Leasing Professional is responsible for being the community's client service representative. Their primary duties are to greet clients, present professionally the features and benefits of their assigned community, and properly secure lease agreements from qualified individuals.

Job Duties

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in
• Greet prospective residents, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments and creating and following up with maintenance requests
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Community Manager
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately
• Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Proficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi and/or One Site)
