Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking a bubbly, customer-service-driven individual to welcome residents and prospects at a thriving apartment community. This is a great entry-level opportunity to launch your career in multifamily housing as an Apartment Leasing Professional!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and prospects with a warm, professional attitude
• Manage calls, emails, and front-desk tasks
• Support maintenance requests, package handling, and event coordination
• Keep lobby and common areas clean and organized
• Provide excellent service and help resolve resident inquiries
