Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive case management, crisis support, advocacy, and coordination of care using the START service model.
• Trains and supervises Therapeutic Coaches and staff on de-escalation and intervention strategies.
• Leads team meetings, supports crisis planning, and maintains active caseload for START services.
• Ensures documentation, data entry, and adherence to ESSC and NCSS protocols.
