Supports Bridgewell's mission by overseeing crisis and behavioral support needs of individuals receiving supports through DDS. Works in conjunction with other team members and services as needed to develop personal support plans, triage emergency calls including mobile response, clinical consultation, liaison to hospitals, referral to outpatient services and specialized assessments, and on-call crisis response for individuals referred to START by DDS. Develops and monitors behavior support plans for individuals within Bridgewell's residential programs.
Part-time 25 hours per week with flexibility (Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm) On-Call rotation required
