Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline OR 2+ years of hands-on technical experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, math or science preferred.
• Experience with inventory, production and capacity planning (MRP/ERP).
• Experience with Excel, SQL, or Python/R for dynamic system modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design factory and production area layouts with clear visual indicators and linear flow.
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
• Conduct vendor walks, negotiate prices, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Drive execution with vendors and production teams to improve quality, output, safety and cost.
• Develop and manage production strategy to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
• Identify operational challenges, determine root causes, and implement solutions.
• Improve systems and processes across production elements.
