Job summary

Oak Street Health in Chicago or Remote is seeking a Senior Associate, Population Health (Stars) to support payer quality and Stars initiatives. You will build analytical models, forecast performance, and present findings to senior leadership, collaborating with Clinical Operations, Product, and Health Plans.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare analytics, strong Excel and SQL proficiency, and excellent communication. A Bachelor’s degree and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years consulting, analytics, or healthcare experience.
• Strong analytical and data summarization skills.

Responsibilities

• Analytical Model Development: design models to predict Stars performance and trends.
• Forecasting and Performance Analysis: project performance across CMS Stars measures.
• Reporting and Documentation: prepare dashboards and executive summaries.
• Population Health Integration: align quality efforts with CMS Stars initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with Clinical Operations, Product, Data, and Managed Care.
• Other duties as assigned.
