Job summary

LinkUs Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Starlink & Satellite Installation Technician to install Starlink internet, DISH TV, and connected home devices in WA residential homes. The role offers full-time hours, hands-on training, company vehicle, and a path for growth within a growing ESOP company.

You will mount dishes, run cabling, configure routers, and ensure a professional customer experience while meeting safety standards. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field installation is a plus, not required.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with clean record.
• Willing to learn and train for Starlink systems.

Responsibilities

• Install Starlink satellite internet systems including dish mounting and cabling
• Install and service DISH satellite TV equipment
• Set up and configure customer equipment including routers
• Run cabling, drill wall penetrations, and install grommets
• Provide a professional, respectful experience in customers' homes
• Drive to customer locations, some sites 30–120+ minutes away
