Job summary

LinkUs is hiring a Starlink & Satellite Installation Technician for Osburn, ID. You will install Starlink internet, DISH TV, and home automation gear, using ladders and tools to deliver quality setup and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in satellite, cable, telecom, HVAC or similar trades is a plus; training provided.
• Able to use power tools including drills, impacts, and hand tools.
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 40 ft and working in attics or crawlspaces.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must own a smartphone for field use with monthly reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Install Starlink satellite internet systems including dish mounting, cabling, and router configuration.
• Install and service DISH Network satellite television equipment.
• Set up and configure customer equipment including routers and smart home devices.
• Run cabling, drill wall penetrations, and install grommets to professional standards.
• Recommend upgrades and earn incentives on customer-specified improvements.
• Complete required photo documentation and equipment reconciliation for every job.
• Provide a professional, respectful experience in every customer’s home.
• Mount dishes and hardware on roofs or walls; travel to customer locations 30–120+ minutes from base.
