Job summary

LinkUs Enterprises is hiring a Starlink satellite installation technician for Priest River, ID. You will install Starlink internet, DISH satellite TV, and smart home devices in residential homes, with training provided if needed.

We offer a company vehicle, tools, and a full benefits package, plus performance incentives and ESOP opportunities. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $23 per hour, with growth opportunities as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus, not a requirement; field installation experience will be trained for.
• Ability to use power tools including drills, impacts, and hand tools.
• Comfortable with extension ladders up to 40 ft for roof access.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Own a smartphone for field use (monthly reimbursement).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to start at 7:00 AM most days.
• Full-time availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install Starlink satellite internet systems including dish mounting, cabling, and router configuration.
• Install and service DISH Network satellite television equipment.
• Set up and configure customer equipment including routers and smart home devices.
• Run cabling, drill wall penetrations, and install grommets to professional standards.
• Recommend additional products and services to customers and earn sales incentives on upgrades.
• Complete required photo documentation and equipment reconciliation for every job.
• Provide a professional, respectful experience in every customer's home.
• Mount dishes and hardware on roof eaves, exterior walls, and other structures.
• Drive to customer locations, some sites 30–120+ minutes from base.
