Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Starlink, are hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists for Best Buy in Goodyear, AZ. Pay is $20/hr base with up to $2/hr performance bonus, totaling up to $22/hr.Schedule is 16-20 hours/week with Friday to Sunday availability; dates 7/26/26–11/01/26.

Training provided; opportunities for continued program work. You will help customers choose Starlink home or mobile internet, build relationships, and promote Starlink services in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• In the role you will engage, demonstrate, and engage customers in the sales process.

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Starlink residential and mobile internet products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the subject matter expert for customers seeking information on Starlink's services, ensuring they have an interactive and informative shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology-first mindset are key as you explain the benefits of Starlink satellite internet. Our team fully provides all technology training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred
• The ability to engage, demonstrate, and engage customers in the sales process is necessary
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are crucial
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Availability to work weekends
• Own a smartphone with the current Apple iOS software or current Android software
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits
