Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with HVAC systems.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HVAC technology.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical safety, pneumatic principles, tubing/pipe fittings and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC equipment on facilities systems such as air handlers, chilled water, cooling towers, valves, and filters.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building HVAC systems on schedule.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to keep systems in peak operating condition.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NEC and SpaceX policies and standards.
