Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for deliveries.
• Food handling permit required within 14 days of employment.
• Minimum 3 years progressive retail experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Experience analyzing financial reports.
• College/business degree may substitute for some experience.
• Ongoing Cosentino Learning Plan training is required.

Responsibilities

• Know and implement the Cosentino Customer Service Standards.
• Conduct effective interviews to hire top Starbucks team members.
• Train and hold the team accountable for delivering legendary customer service.
• Provide coaching, corrective actions, and performance evaluations.
• Manage labor costs and schedules to balance service with costs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance in the department.
