Albertsons Companies is seeking a Starbucks Department Manager to lead daily department operations and uphold service, food safety, and Starbucks standards in a fast-paced retail café environment.

You will hire, train, coach, and develop associates, manage inventory and ordering, and coordinate workflows to ensure high service levels and a customer-first experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Ability to train, coach, and support associate development
• Ability to organize and coordinate daily work activities
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and work extended periods in a retail environment
