Shaw’s and Star Market in North Easton, MA is seeking a Starbucks Department Manager to lead daily department operations, uphold customer experience, and ensure food safety and program compliance.

You will coach associates, manage scheduling, coordinate workflow, and partner with store leadership to meet sales and service goals, while maintaining a welcoming café environment and strong team collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Starbucks Department operations, ensuring strong customer service and operational consistency
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of Starbucks associates
• Maintain a customer‑first environment and respond to service needs and concerns appropriately
• Coordinate daily activities and responsibilities to support smooth workflow and service levels
• Maintain calm, consistent operations during high‑volume periods
• Execute company and Starbucks programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and product handling standards
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and storage
• Support department sales, budgeting, and expense management
• Maintain accurate communication with vendors, store management teams, and community partners
• Complete required reporting and administrative responsibilities
