Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Food Division Standards and Best Practices
• Provide leadership during shifts, directing associates to deliver food and exceptional customer service
• Prepare and present products to Starbucks standards, including coffee, cold beverages, pastries
• Follow Starbucks merchandising and signage standards
• Maintain speed of service and monitor food quality
• Model Starbucks Service Steps positively
• Collaborate with store management
• Train, coach, motivate staff to maximize performance and satisfaction
• Maintain professional appearance and communication standards
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and equipment care policies
• Use sales and cost reports to meet profit/loss goals
• Assist with menu preparation, ordering, receiving, and inventory management
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications
