Minimum qualifications:
- Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly, courteously, and tactfully, leaving positive impressions on customers and colleagues.
- Must be a trained and certified barista.

- Prepare department schedules considering requests, bids, and business needs.
- Assist customers with specialty coffee orders and whole bean sales.
- Maintain a clean and appealing customer service area and equipment.

- Prepare various customer beverages, including espresso drinks and Coffee of the Day.
- Adhere to all Starbucks programs, policies, and promotions.
- Follow store policies for operational flow at each station.
- Perform cleaning tasks per standards and work collaboratively as a team.
- Present oneself professionally with clear communication skills.
- Perform equipment maintenance as per preventative checklists.
- Follow cash handling and inventory recording policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
- Adhere to company policies on dress code, grooming, sanitation, and harassment-free environment.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
