Time to step up your career! We’re hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You’ll work alongside a manager to coordinate and oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. We look forward to supporting your growth and igniting your passion.

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (sheets and recipes).
2. Direct daily activities.
3. Maintain food safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
4. Ensure safe, organized storage of food items.
5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure food is served per menu specifications following policies and procedures.
6. Ensure a sanitary environment complying with health and safety codes.
7. Maintain weekly inventory records.
8. Prepare orders to ensure accurate production.
9. Supervise, evaluate, counsel, and promote employee growth and teamwork.
10. Maintain a safe working environment.
11. Train and mentor food service workers.
12. Keep logs of equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions.
13. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
14. Proficient in multitasking.
15. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
16. Fill in for absent employees as needed.
17. Coordinate with catering events to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
18. Work occasional night and weekend catering events.
19. Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
20. Perform cashier duties if needed.
21. Promote positive public relations.
