Gopuff is seeking a Barista for our Starbucks Operations team. As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. This delivery-only Starbucks cafe emphasizes speed and quality to provide the best experience to each customer.

Typical responsibilities include:

1. Delivering exceptional customer service by creating quality handcrafted beverages and food during all hours of operation.
2. Upholding Gopuff and Starbucks standards, including food safety and brand standards.
3. Executing cafe processes such as food deliveries, replenishment, and cleaning.
4. Monitoring promotional activities and ensuring a consistent Starbucks experience.
5. Following routines to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.
6. Producing items according to specifications and following department routines.
7. Monitoring and recording temperature-sensitive food items.
8. Completing cleaning tasks and adhering to food safety guidelines.
9. Following packaging and labeling guidelines.
10. Completing required Starbucks training and demonstrating a culture of safety, ethics, and compliance.
11. Working safely at all times, identifying hazards, and complying with safety policies.
12. Performing other duties as needed based on business requirements.

Qualifications include:
