STARBUCKS BARISTA

The Starbucks Sales Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Starbucks kiosk, including cash handling, knowledge of the ordering and scheduling process, suggestive selling, promoting positive customer relations, assisting with customer service, and adherence to standards, policies, and procedures. The primary duties include drink preparation, ensuring drinks are presented with eye appeal, maintaining proper sanitation and cleanliness to meet health standards, inspecting the unit for safety and security, and completing paperwork for opening and closing the unit as required. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Availability: Must be available to work between 20-30 hours per week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
• Personal Qualifications: Previous barista experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 20 lbs; occasional lifting to 50 lbs.
