Position: Starbucks Barista

The Starbucks Sales Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Starbucks kiosk, including cash handling, knowledge of the ordering and scheduling process, suggestive selling, promoting positive customer relations, assisting with customer service, and adherence to standards, policies, and procedures. Primary duties include drink preparation, ensuring drinks are presented attractively, maintaining proper sanitation and cleanliness to meet health standards, inspecting the unit for safety and security, completing paperwork accurately, and opening and closing the unit as required. Other duties as assigned.

Availability: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.

Qualifications: Previous barista experience preferred, but training will be provided.

Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 20 lbs; occasional lifting to 50 lbs.
