Memorization is key for maintaining drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas prepare blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.

Requirements

• Hiring for 3 different shifts:
• Flexible to schedule between 15 and 25 hours per week
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Early Morning: start at 5:30 AM, work until 1:30 PM
• Mid-shift: start at 7:00 AM, work until 5:00 PM
• Closer: start between 1:30-3:00 PM, work until 7:30 PM
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
• Handling food according to health codes
• Interest in product knowledge for customer service
• Teamwork
• Maintain drink consistency and learn new recipes
• Work in an energetic, fast-paced environment
