Gopuff is seeking a Barista for our Starbucks operations team. As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic store environment, mastering your food & beverage craft. This delivery-only Starbucks cafe emphasizes speed and quality to provide the best experience for each customer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating quality handcrafted beverages and food during all hours of operation.
2. Uphold Gopuff and Starbucks standards, including food safety and brand standards.
3. Execute cafe processes such as food deliveries, replenishment, and cleaning.
4. Maintain awareness of promotional activities within Starbucks.
5. Follow routines to ensure a consistent Starbucks experience, efficiency, and food safety.
6. Produce items according to specifications and follow department routines.
7. Monitor and record temperature-sensitive food items.
8. Complete cleaning tasks as outlined in best practices.
9. Follow proper packaging and labeling guidelines.
10. Adhere to all food safety requirements.
11. Complete all required Starbucks trainings.
12. Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
13. Work safely, identify hazards, and comply with safety policies.
14. Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Availability may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous Starbucks or food service experience is preferred but not required.
