Job description

Gopuff is seeking a Barista for our Starbucks Operations team. As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic store environment where you can master your food & beverage craft. This delivery-only Starbucks cafe emphasizes speed and quality to provide the best experience to each customer.

The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same! Working in a fast-paced cafe, your weekly tasks will include:

1. Delivering exceptional customer service by creating quality handcrafted beverages and food
2. Maintaining Gopuff and Starbucks standards, including food safety
3. Executing cafe processes such as food deliveries, replenishment, and cleaning
4. Participating in promotional activities
5. Following routines to ensure a consistent Starbucks experience and food safety
6. Producing items according to specifications
7. Monitoring temperature-sensitive food items
8. Completing cleaning tasks
9. Following packaging and labeling guidelines
10. Adhering to food safety requirements
11. Completing Starbucks training
12. Demonstrating ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
13. Working safely and identifying hazards
14. Performing other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Availability may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous Starbucks or food service experience is preferred but not required

Pay:

• Pay varies by location based on market pricing
• For example, in New York, NY: $16.95 per hour
